The Domagkpark district is located in the north of Schwabing and was completed in 2020. Around 1,800 new apartments, a park surrounded by stores and restaurants, as well as many social and cultural facilities have been built on an area of around 24 hectares since 2013.

Streetcar line 23 provides connections to local public transport. The important traffic junction "Frankfurter Ring" can also be reached quickly by car.
