The new Munich Trade Fair Center can also be reached quickly via the A 99 freeway ring road or by S-Bahn (Vaterstetten stop).
While the original villages of Grasbrunn and Harthausen are characterized by agriculture, the Neukeferloh district is a more modern residential area with single-family houses, semi-detached houses and terraced houses.
Several daycare centers, an elementary school, and nearby secondary schools provide great value for families living here. A modern senior center, various gastronomic establishments and good shopping facilities are also available.
