Due to its mild climate and natural moorland, Bad Feilnbach is known nationwide for its numerous spa facilities. The municipality is also characterized by its many farms and around 25,000 fruit trees, which is why Bavaria's largest apple market is held here every year in October.
Bad Feilnbach has a well-developed infrastructure with its own kindergartens and schools, spa and rehabilitation clinics, and several nature parks.
