"Mr. Lodge has the best apartments and they are presented really well." Our customers tell us this almost every day. For many years now, we have presented all the objects by photo and video. This allows our customers to view your home online, saving everyone involved a lot of time, especially our customers abroad. Many properties are rented without a prior viewing appointment, because of the virtual tour.
Tips for the photo shoot - Please note:
rent. All rooms, especially the storage areas of kitchen and bathroom, should be free of personal belongings. Our tip for new photographs of existing properties: In the bathroom please lay out new towels if possible, as these rooms are smaller and the details determine the picture. Also, please make sure that no cleaning utensils, etc. are visible.
The apartment should of course be tidy for the photo session. Only then a representative presentation of your apartment and an effective mediation is possible.
Please prepare the apartment for the agreed date appropriately equipped and decorated for the photo session! You can find tips in our blog. Depending on the size of your apartment or house, the photo and video recordings last about 20 to 40 minutes and are free of charge for our landlords.
Final decoration for the pictures
For an optimal presentation of your property on our website we recommend a final check of your apartment. We are happy to take over and prepare the property for the pictures (the invoicing of this service is 125,-€ per hour plus VAT = €148.75).

The process of photo-and video recordings
Our photographers come to your property on the agreed date to record a video and take digital pictures of all rooms, including the bathroom and the kitchen, as well as important details and special features - including surroundings.
Photos are taken with a high quality SLR camera and then retouched professionally. The photos and the video are available in all popular formats.
