Initial Consultation
Are you thinking about entrusting us with the brokerage of your property? We look forward to receiving your call for a non-binding initial consultation to discuss the optimal rental option for you. If you need support with the equipment and the furnishing as well as the determination of the rental price, we will gladly set up a personal appointment with you.

You entrust us with the brokerage
In order to include your property on our database, we first need your online registration. Please make sure you provide as much accurate and detailed information as possible. Click here for our registration form.
3.
Professional photo and video recording
Our photographers will come to your apartment or house at the scheduled time and take photos and make video recordings of all rooms. This gives prospective tenants from all around the world the opportunity to view your apartment online. More information about our Photo and Video Service.
4.
We take care of the optimal presentation
We prepare a detailed exposé of your apartment and discuss all details with you again. Only then do we actively offer your apartment or house to the tenants and publish the exposé on our website and all relevant portals.
5.
Viewing appointments
If you wish, we can arrange viewing appointments with interested parties for you. If you would like to get to know the prospective tenant, you can also make personal appointments. Since prospective tenants are assigned to on of our customer advisors after registration, you will be contacted by different customer advisors during the search for a tenant.
6.
Rental contract and other documents
As soon as we have found a prospective tenant, we will contact you. The final decision to rent to the tenant or not lies with you.
We will gladly draw up the rental agreement for you in German and, if required, in English. We are members of both SCHUFA and CREDITREFORM and offer you the necessary security through checked and approved tenants
7.
Apartment handover at move-in and move-out
We recommend drawing up a detailed record of the condition of the apartment or house each time a tenant moves in or out. If you would like to handle the handover personally, you are welcome to download our templates. If Mr. Lodge handles the handover, you will then receive an extensive digital protocol with photos sent to you as a PDF file via email. We create this protocol with the help of an app, especially developed for Mr. Lodge.
We will help you with organizing a final cleaning with external cleaning companies.
We are here for you
Mr. Lodge takes care of your apartment during the rental period as well: we will contact the tenant at the end of the rental period to extend the contract or the move out and will discuss the next steps with you.
