How to rent your dream apartment

Select apartments and submit search request

• Browse our apartment offers in Munich and the surrounding area. Take advantage of our filter options, such as rental price, availability, location, and size of the apartment. You can also filter by specific features: washing machine, elevator, internet, balcony, and garage.
   
• Find your dream apartment and add it to your wish list or select “View” or “Rent” directly in the apartment exposé. You will be automatically forwarded to the online search request form.
  Please make your information as detailed as possible to avoid additional questions and delays.
   
• The search request and the brokerage service are free of charge for the tenant. After filling out the form, one of our customer advisors will contact you shortly after to discuss the next steps.

• In addition to the extensive presentation of the apartments on our website, we also offer viewings on site. We are happy to arrange appointments according to your individual schedule.
  The appointments will be arranged with an employee of Mr. Lodge or directly with the landlord or with the current tenant.

• Of course the apartments can also be rented without prior viewing, which is especially convenient for our customers coming to Munich from abroad. The tenant can drive from the airport directly to his/her new apartment and can move in with only a suitcase.

All our apartments are photographed by the Mr. Lodge photo team so you can rest assured that the apartments look exactly like in the online exposé.

Rental agreement and handover

• Once the decision for an apartment has been made, we draft the rental agreement. If desired we can also offer an English translation. The contracting party is the landlord. Now nothing stands in the way of the handover of the apartment. It is conducted directly with the landlord or through Mr. Lodge.
   
• On handover a protocol is made to document the current state of the apartment. If Mr. Lodge creates the protocol on behalf of the landlord you will receive a detailed protocol via the app developed especially for Mr. Lodge. In addition to recording the cleanliness and traces of use, the apartment’s condition is documented here on the basis of photos.

We are there for you during the tenancy

• You are staying in Munich longer than planned and wish to extend your rental agreement? The dishwasher is broken? You can not reach the landlord? –No problem, Mr. Lodge is at your disposal during the whole rental period.
