Feldmochinger See offers numerous opportunities for barbecuing, swimming, tanning, and even its own nudist area. Both the S-Bahn line S1 and U-Bahn line U2 connect Feldmoching to the city center and offer a quick and comfortable connection to public transport. Easy parking and a very well-developed communal infrastructure round off the picture of Feldmoching.
For a long time, the district was mainly known for its agricultural use. The village center with old farms and the cultivated fields at the edges of the district still remind us of Bavarian country life. The living situation is therefore mostly quiet to idyllic, but there are also modern residential and terraced houses. Similarly attractive offers for apartments and houses can be found in Fasanerie, Moosach and Hasenbergl.
