Untersendling is part of the Sendling district. There are many small shops along Waldfriedhofstraße, and the industrial area of "Hansapark" can be found in the northeast. However, there are also green spaces of various sizes waiting to be discovered: The so-called Stemmerwiese, which was part of a large farm until the 1960s, is now being used as a park by locals. Flaucher, one of the most popular recreation areas on the river Isar, and the modern Westpark can also be reached quickly on foot.

Partnachplatz and Harras are two U-Bahn stations of line U6, located in the immediate vicinity. This way, the city center and the outskirts can both be reached in a matter of minutes. Harras also serves as a S-Bahn station for the train line S7 and as a hub for bus transport - therefore, the connection to public transport is excellent.
In this green quarter, one will find mostly detached houses with gardens, but also a few multistory residential buildings with apartments. The area is very quiet and green. Similar offers can be found in the districts Sendling, Westpark and Hadern.
