The A96 motorway runs through the district, although it is surrounded by noise barriers and is therefore not a disturbance factor. Thanks to the stop of the U6 Großhadern U-Bahn line, neighboring Kleinhadern is also very conveniently connected to the city center and the districts further out.
In Blumenau and Kleinhadern, there are also some idyllic green spaces between the apartments in apartment blocks, detached and terraced houses. The location is ideal and retains its village character. Similarly beautiful offers can be found in the neighboring districts of Großhadern, Laim and Forstenried.
