In addition, within a few minutes walking distance you can reach the northern part of the English Garden and the beautiful Kleinhesseloher Lake, which invites you to stay and relax with its beer garden and lake house. The residential area at the Herzogpark also offers some nice boutiques and restaurants in the upper price range, which round off the exclusive district image.
The Herzogpark is also part of Alt-Bogenhausen, one of the most beautiful and noble residential areas of Munich. Those who live here on the Isar often do so in prominent company. There are mainly villas surrounded by large gardens as well as some listed old buildings for tenants with high standards. Especially the area around the Herzogpark stands out as a location. There are also apartments for the highest demands in Bogenhausen, Au-Haidhausen and Lehel.
