The Forstenrieder Park is one of the most popular recreation areas in Munich and, which, with its 43 km of biking- and walking trails, offers plenty of room for joggers, bicyclists, skaters, and even equestrians. Despite this idyllic location, the city center can be reached relatively quickly via U-Bahn line U3, and the access road to the motorway A95 is also only a few minutes by car away.
In addition to several large, state subsidized residential complexes that have been built since the 1950's, one can also find small detached-, terraced-, and multi-family houses in this area. Generally speaking, it is a quiet quarter with many options for retreat. You have not found a suitable apartment here? There are similarly attractive offers in the neighboring districts of Fürstenriedand Großhadern.
