Larger industrial complexes can be found mainly in the south of Neuperlach. The shopping center Perlacher Einkaufspassagen (PEP) is only a few minutes away and offers diverse shopping facilities. The nearby Ostpark is a recreation area which is quick and easy to reach. Its beautiful lake with many bays and lawns for sunbathing, various sports facilities, and even an outdoor theater, are perfect for relaxing. The underground stations of lines U5 and U7 provide an excellent connection to public transport: The city center is just a quick 15-minute ride away.
These attractive residential locations are offered above all by the newer single-family and terraced housing estates, as well as modern apartment buildings. Similar accommodation offers can also be found in Ramersdorf, Perlach and Obergiesing.
