The advertised rate is valid on request from 01.12.24 - 28.02.25 for a stay of 30 nights and may vary accordingly during trade fair periods. Before 01.12.2024 and after 01.03.2025 the monthly rate is 1800 Euro. The minimum stay is 28 nights.
