Offers for sale in Munich-Kieferngarten
The district borders Fröttmaning in the north, allowing soccer fans to quickly reach Allianz-Arena. In the south, one can find Zenith, Munich's larges event venue, where numerous concerts and cultural events take place year-round. Several BMW administrative buildings, the MOC, and the Euroindustriepark are also located in the immediate vicinity. The motorway Munich-Nuremberg is only a 5-minutee drive away. This creates easy access to the motorways to Salzburg, Stuttgart, and Lindau. The connection to public transport is provided by U-Bahn station Kieferngarten (U6).
The settlement Kieferngarten is a very quiet and green residential area with mainly one- to two-family houses. There are similarly nice apartments offers in Freimann and Fröttmanning.
