Hellabrunn Zoo is only a few minutes away, as are the expansive green spaces around the Isar river banks. In the West, the quarter directly borders Perlacher Forst with its extensive biking- and walking trails. Not far from Harlaching, in the southern part of Untergiesing, you can find the training grounds of FC Bayern Munich and TSV 1860 Munich, which attract fans from near and far.
The beautiful villa districts and the quiet but central location ensure that Alt-Harlaching in particular is considered an excellent residential area and the rents are therefore correspondingly high. Neu-Harlaching, on the other hand, also has a number of apartment blocks that achieve more moderate rents. In both parts of the neighborhood there are beautiful apartments in excellent locations. Similarly nice offers can also be found in the surrounding neighborhoods of Pullach and Grünwald.
