The wave pool Cosimabad with sports- and recreation opportunities, as well as the expansive park Denninger Anger, which is ideal for walks and jogging, can be found in the immediate vicinity. Rosenkavalierplatz, with its numerous shops, boutiques, doctor's offices, and even a gym, is just a few minutes on foot away. The hospital Bogenhausen as well as many smaller, partly private, specialty clinics can be found across the street. TheU-Bahn station of the line U4 (Arabellapark) can be reached on foot within a few minutes, guaranteeing a fast connection to the city center. Numerous tram and bus lines, as well as the S-Bahn station Englschalking (S8) also connect Cosimapark to the city center and Munich's surrounding area.
In general, it is a very quiet neighborhood, which nevertheless has good shopping facilities, plenty of leisure activities and good connections to the city center.
