The advertised rate is valid upon request starting from a minimum stay of 30 nights and may vary accordingly during trade fair periods and during the Oktoberfest.
The duplex unit is a master studio on two levels. On the upper level the bedroom with shelves is located. The lower level offers ample dining space with a nice dining table and fully equipped kitchenette. The separate adjoining living room with sofa is a great place to relax.
