The apartment itself is about a 10-minute walk from there. Numerous restaurants, bakeries, hair salons, doctors’ offices, and more have established themselves in the neighborhood. The Schwanthalerhöhe subway station is about a 7-minute walk away. The airport can be easily reached by S-Bahn, which is about a 10-minute walk away.
Good to know: There is also a lovely weekly market at Schwanthalerhöhe every Thursday.

From the 4th floor, you already have a lovely view over the rooftops of the neighborhood.
It has been beautifully furnished and is fully equipped.
The bright kitchen with a window opens onto the dining area. The washer-dryer is located in the bathroom. The shared courtyard with seating is available for use.

Please note: The guest room features a pull-out daybed with three spacious drawers for additional storage. The sleeping surface can be extended from 80 × 200 cm to 160 × 200 cm. This is not currently visible in the photos. As of May 2026.
