I lived in this beautiful, well-maintained, renovated, and clean apartment for 9 months, my journey with the landlord and his agency, Mr. Lodge, started before my arrival in Germany. I started my conversation with them when I was in Singapore and when I moved to Munich, I had the apartment sorted out and all paperwork dealt with, therefore, when I landed in Munich it was only the matter of driving to the apartment and obtain the key. This studio apartment is located in Pasing, West of Munich, and is around 10 to 15 minutes’ walk from the Pasing station. It has a very quiet neighbourhood and during evenings and nights, you rarely hear anything from the outside. There is also no bother from the neighbours in the block, and during my stay, I rarely saw them. Although the building is a bit old, but it has been kept well maintained and inside the apartment has been renovated with modern kitchenette and nice bathroom. It is perfect for one working professional or even young couples. With regards to the relationship with the landlord and his agency, Mr. Lodge, I can only say that they are the best. I never had any issues with any of them, and the only thing I can say is, they are very responsive and cooperative. I never had any request to visit from the landlord during my stay in the apartment, meaning that he really respects his tenants’ privacy. The landlord and his agency, Mr. Lodge are highly recommended. Because of my job situation, I move a lot, and I have lived in many cities and countries, and I can say for sure, I had one of my best experiences in this apartment. (03.03.2025 at 14:41 o'clock)
