  • Gute Parkplatzmöglichkeiten
  • Fahrradabstellraum
  • Das Naherholungsgebiet Lerchenauer See mit großem Badesee liegt um die Ecke
  • In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung ca. 200 Meter weiter (Leberblümchenstr. 8), gibt es eine Reinigung mit einem Full Service für die Wäsche (Waschen, Hemden bügeln, Änderungsschneiderei, Knöpfe annähnen usw.).

Sehr gute Anbindung an die Flughafen-S-Bahn Linie S1:

  • Nur etwa 8 Minuten Fußweg zur Haltestelle Fasanerie
  • 28 Minuten Fahrzeit zum Flughafen-Terminal
  • Nur 20 Minuten Fahrzeit in die Innenstadt am Marienplatz
