The nearby lake Heimstettener See (approx. 1.9km) is a popular recreation area. Restaurant, table tennis, playground are available, perfect for spending a relaxed day. Sports: TSV Feldkirchen in approx. 350m distance, providing e.g. tennis, gymnastics, judo and much more. The water ski park Aschheim (3km distance) offers a lot of action. The S-Bahn station is only a 14-minute walk from the apartment. You can reach the city center in about 20 minutes by train. Messestadt-Ost (subway line U2) or the large shopping center Riem Arcaden are only a 5-minute bus ride away.

Due to its garden city character and generous, low building density, the municipality Gräfelfing with its approx. 12,800 residents is considered a highly sought-after residential area on the lower reaches of the river Würm. Wilhelminian style mansions, designer homes and modern houses shape the townscape.
The vivid "Bahnhofstraße" - Gräfelfing´s retail center - offers everything for your daily needs.
Gräfelfing has two S-bahn connections to Starnberg and Munich. You can reach downtown Munich at Marienplatz within 25 minutes. Via the motorway and "Eschenrieder Spange", the airport can be reached in approx. 30 minutes by car.
